How to View Land Records Instantly
You can access these records for free (for informational purposes) by following these steps on the official website
1. For Rural Land (7/12, 8A, VF6)
Select “View Land Record – Rural” on the homepage.
Choose the document type (e.g., VF-7 Survey No. Details for 7/12 or VF-8A Khata Details).
Select your District, Taluka, and Village.
Enter the Survey Number or Khata Number.
Solve the Captcha and click “Get Record Detail”.
2. For Urban Land (Property Card)
Select “View Land Record – Urban”.
Choose between Property Card or Unit Property Card.
Select the District and City Survey Office.
Enter the Ward, Survey Number, or Sheet Number.
Enter the Captcha and click “Get Record Detail”.
Getting a Digitally Signed Copy
If you need a record for official or legal use, a standard view is not enough. You must download a Digitally Signed RoR:
On the homepage, click “Digitally Signed RoR”.
Log in using your Mobile Number and an OTP.
Enter the land details and add them to your cart.
Pay the required fee (nominal) online to download the official PDF.
